Usually Friday mornings @ 10.20 for 40 minutes at Burscough Sports Centre.

The game is now very popular and has been adopted and regulated by the Football Association (The FA), the rules are available through the link.

It is low impact tackling only with the mixed teams (male and female) for about 5 or 10 minutes each way at first.

Please arrive at 10.00 for warm-up.
