Following a recent visit Dewlay’s Cheese Factory, one of our members commented

‘Before I went I knew the basics but Louise's presentation really kept my interest throughout as we we watched the manufacturing process take place before our very eyes. That gave me such an insight and knowledge to pass on to others. I will reflect upon it whenever I eat a piece of cheese as I did this evening!’
